33-3309 Pharma Area Sales and Clinical Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We are actively recruiting for our specialty medical client who is searching for an experienced and self-motivated Area Sales and Clinical Manager. Ideally, based in the GTA, you will be responsible for selling a unique drug transfer device to hospitals in Ontario and Atlantic Canada.

You will:

• Achieve sales targets by establishing and maintaining current and new relationships with hospital pharmacies, nurse teams and key stakeholders in the region. You will effectively exchange product information and facilitate networking opportunities.

• Provide clinical support to customers and to your colleagues within the organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Candidates must have:

• 2-3 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience selling in the hospital environment.

• 2-3 years of experience in a previous clinical nursing or pharmacy role

• Deep understanding of the hospital environment. Candidates with experience in oncology, either in a sales or clinical role, are strongly preferred

• the ability to gather data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing to capitalize on sales opportunities

• you must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with all internal groups, customer stakeholders and KOLs

• the ability and willingness to travel overnight within the territory as needed

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must have a Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Pharmacy. Candidates with a nursing diploma and appropriate sales experience may be considered
