44-3308 Medical Device Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

• Our client requires a Medical Device Sales Representative to cover hospital accounts in Hamilton based territory

• This individual will be required to achieve sales and gross profit targets plus advance the image and reputation of the company by developing strong relationships with customers, medical specialists and KOLs throughout the territory.

  Excluding travel to meetings, training programs, conventions and the like, overnight travel is not required; consequently, applicants should reside within 30 km of central Hamilton.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives

• Attend and support company products during surgical procedures

• Propose pricing for quotes and offers

• Build relationships with KOLs and relevant external stakeholders

• Develop and maintain company CRM

• Attend trade shows as required

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Degree from a College or University or a Healthcare-related Diploma (RN/RT)

• 2-3 years of current medical device sales experience

• Familiar with hospital settings and procedures earned through sales and/or clinical experience

• Ability and willingness to travel within the territory

• Cardiovascular or general surgical sales experience will be an asset
